Too many books, so little time to read. If I had won the lottery I'd be reading full time. :) I like mostly fantasy, sci fi, historical fiction, mystery, classics, and a few of regular fiction not too much though.

Books, cats, and gaming make up my life :) (oh and hockey too) more »

Ah, an FMA fan. Are you watching brotherhood? Oh, am not even trying to look for blue bloods atm cos I have way too many books that I'm currently reading ...**whispering** and can't finish. And anyway, the labeling wouldn't bother me cos I usually tend to skim over any fashion refs. And...I hate having my time wasted. Especially if there's something a whole lot better that I could be reading. But thanks anyway.

P.S. have you ever watched either Get backers or Cowboy bebop? Two of my favourite anime, and ones I found as interesting as FMA. You should give it a look-see if you haven't already.

Ah, no worries there then. That's one thing we may have in common (apart from the books that is)...a whole bag of stubborn!!! I heard, though, that the style's a bit factual, like she's reporting the news or sommat. Ah well, will just have to go hunting for it now i guess although this city isn't to kind to us urban fantasy freaks. Well, thanks for helping me out. c ya around. Cheerio.

P.S. The avatar's Gaara of the sand from Naruto. Are you familiar with any anime series?

Just dropping by to say that you have a very interesting shelf (don't know why I felt the need to do that but...). Three stars seems to be the average rating you give most books, I see. Wanted to ask...would you recommend 'Blue bloods' to a complete stranger?

Enjoy reading. Lots of angst. Also, the historical parts between Spanish Inquisition, Jewish beliefs, Christian issues, etc,..were new to me. I loved the story.

If you like all of the rest of P. Gregory's books, you'll love Queen's Fool. Guarantee it! Enjoy.

Well, I figured it would be easier to get one of AR's pics into the spot, rather than mine. I'll leave it for now. You must like him too? Yes, I've reread chronicles & legends over a bunch of times. I took a look at our similar books. You might want to go with SevenWaters Trilogy (Daughter of the Forest, Son of the Shadows,...) by Juliet Marillier. Those should be in the library too. Um,.. Sharon Shinn's book are usually good. I have to go back & read her other newer things. I love Black Jewels Trilogy (might be too twisted for you - though). You could also just pop "Truly, Madly, Deeply" into your DVD player and lean back and enjoy Mr. Rickman in his younger years.
