“I loooove this book! Graceling is a great book for people who love fantasy, fighting, romance, and/or troubled characters! There are many surprising twiits and turns, like the time... nope, sorry, not gonna tell you! :-p! This book is definitely a "page turner," because it stays exciting and starts exciting. Don't read this and you may regret it! ;-)”

Wicked

“So... Wicked is the story of Elphaba before the Wizard of Oz, but it's still a lot different. Wizard of Oz is much lighter than Wicked. Wicked is very dark and can be a bit depressing, so if you don't like that kind of book... yeah, don't read it. It also can be confusing because it skips around the years, and sometimes skips important things. But it has a pretty good plot. It's basically... well, her life. She travels a lot, she tries to stand up for what she believes in... it actually, and surprisingly to me, has a lot about religion in it. If you loved the play (like moi!) you may be disappointed that it's so different, but remember, the book came first!”

The Tale of Despereaux

“Kate DiCamillo did a wonderful job writing a sweet story of a loving mouse, but with just the right amount of danger and adventure in it to be good for all ages!

This story can be a bit confusing, though, because it tells of three characters, and switches, sometimes randomly.”

“I love this book so much. Spooky style, great descriptions, and creepy illustrations make this one good horror/fantasy/adventure book for everyone! Don't read it if you scare easily though... though I think it's more creepy than it's scary!”
