Hey shelfari fans! I am Sel, and I am so happy you decided to read my profile. I am Selena Marie Gomez and I was born on July 22nd 1992, Grand Prairie, Texas in the United States. Wanna know a secret? I first started my carer on Barney and Friends with my BFF, Demi! We met when trying out on barney. I remember the way she looked! Demi, when little, she had these cute glasses! In 2003, I tried out for Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over! It was such a fun movie to work in! That is pretty much where I started out in disney. In 2005 I also guest starred on Suite Life of Zack and Cody! In 2006, I had guest starred in Hannah Montana. Since these two shows, I had been wanted to play a role in a permanant t.v. show, as you might know now is Wizard's of Waverly Place! I love Jake Austin, and David Henry to work with! They are the best guys I have worked with! I can't imagine not pursuing this dream!

I am best known as Giana from Barney and Friends. Before I was going to try out for Wizards of Waverly Place, I really wasn't a fan of magic or Harry Potter. My favorite subject would have to be Science. My favorite sport would have to be Basketball. My favorite role model and favorite actress is Rachel McAdams. The way I got interested in acting was from my mom. My favorite band would have to be Paramore. Something funny is me and Demi have matching guitar pick necklaces! We like wear them a lot! My favorite shoes are definitely Converse! Wanna know something? I am a only child! My name, Selena, means Moon in Greek. I even have an adorable dog named Chip!
