“A nice companion to The Tao of Pooh, but some of this comes off as a bit forceful and thus rather out of place. His critiques of feminism are so strident as to seem to come from a strange underlying misogyny, and the discussion of conservatism also seems so specific and angry that it just doesn't fit with the whole concept of Tao and Te--he seems to lose some of the virtue that is so much a part of those philosophies. I don't disagree with his points; his delivery just seems strange for the philosophy.
And re: the rating: I would give this exactly two and a half stars if I could. I neither liked nor disliked it.”
