Could you suggest me an inspiring short fiction, please?

True. Either they must have been inspired by the word "Safari" or "Al(a)mari", though Al(a)mari's engilish version is 'Almirah". :-)

ORKUT reminds me those banyan trees in Indian villages, under which people sit, loitter, and gossip about other people and things .

Shelfari could have been Indianized as 'Al(a)mari'.

Yes, I watched it too. The pre-war and war scenes were well shot.

There'll be a scene in the library, turning point of the plot.

    Not a clue. :)
Probably has to do with the fact that you do a lot of nonfiction reading, whilst i like fantasy fiction with secret agents and dragons and vampires and stuff. Heck, i sometimes reread the Dr. Seuss books when i feel like it. Ya know, a bunch of them have got a lot of really cool hidden political meanings in them that can be seen when an educated person reads between the lines, its really quite facinating.

Yes I eat flax seed every day and I think Omega 3 is in the flax seed. My breakfast consists on Plain low fat yogert (from cows not fed anti-biotic etc) and I sprinkle ground flax seed on top.My diet is mainly organic fruit veg little chicken fish and meat (from animalswho are not fed anti-biotic). I am now able to cook all our meals from scratch again. We have found whole grain pita bread with 8grams of fiber it is yummy.I also eat honey which some how I think has magic properties.I had the only kids who would eat whole wheat bread and allbran cereal.Today they thank me.One last thing have you read any of Adelle Davies books. She has been dead for a long time but she was on to so many things which health food authors are writing about now. Before I see a Dr. I refer to her books first if she can not cure me then I see a Dr.I have put one of her books on my shelf. I will get all of my books dealing with health and how to eat the proper food on my shelf. Did not bother before as we had no food group.Sheila.

Yes I have read a few books on the subject. I am trying to remember one of the products I purchased a few years ago um, think it was DHA. My problem is I feel from a very high ladder and I would not have been up the ladder but did not feel 59 years old was very agile etc. I fell damaged my back after recovering from the surgery just getting into waalking etc. Winter started and got both of my knees with such bad srthrites I was unable to walk. I searched the internet found out about two products Orthovisc ( friend who' Mother is in Egypt who had not walked for several years was treated with this and is now walking) the other is Synovisc. My Orthopedic Dr. Uses Synovisc and so I went for five weekly injections in both knees and it is working. This weekend we had friends down from Toronto so this was a real try out. After three days of keeping up with them (at least I could) my legs are aching so have rested up for two days and I think tomorrow I will be ok.It has been a big dissapointment to me as I have always been into eating the correct diet excersizing and did not look or feal my age. But with a desire to keep going and keep my mind young things are not bad. I would wish them to be better. Thank you for writing to me and I will try and find the books you suggest. Many many thanks.Sheila.

I so enjoyed your explanation about the long chain fatty acids. I am not eloquent with words and have been trying to explain this to friends for a long time, especially the dieting friends. Due to a lot of ill health and dragging fatigue I began to read in earnest about food. This was something I learned and quickly corrected in my own diet. I have Hashimoto's disease and am always lacking energy have blamed it on the Dr.s for never getting my dose of Synthroid correct. But am coming up to 65 in may so now I just blame it on getting older LOL. I do try to eat healthy but still feel there is something lacking. Of course the poor Dr.s are just dumb when you say fatigue but you seem to be knowledgeable so I thought no harm in asking you if you are aware of anything that will boost energy.Sheila.
