For the most part, it was both interesting and sad, though I was bored toward the end.

I was a little nervous to read another horror book, after just finishing Clive Barker, as I didn't think anything could compare, but I was happily surprised. The Exorcist was scary and kept me interested throughout the entire book, even though I'd already seen parts of the movie - and it was very similar.

The was a good, easy, and insightful read. I enjoyed it thoroughly, though, I was a bit bothered by taking advice from Christopher Columbus.

The concept has potential, but all-in-all this book was incredibly boring and stale.

  • Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me
    • Rated 3 stars

Initially I was really excited to read this book, but after the first few chapters, I could tell that it was not on par with Handler's other books. Of course this book is not written by the hilarious Chelsea Handler, but rather her close friends and family members. Personally, I thought the chapter written by Brad Wollock was hilarious, and I quite liked Amy Meyer's chapter as well, but as a whole, the book was no comparison to Handler's first three books.

Quite an enjoyable read, though some stories definitely stuck out more than others. As a whole, it was delightfully creepy, and unsettling.

This was the second graphic novel that I've read by Alan Moore, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. A really great portrayal of a horrifying dystopian world.

Beautiful, eloquent & inspiring. The author is very like-able, and I through reading her journey, I was able to learn about myself.
