    No..began studying right away for a qualifying lecturer exam in india..wil be going only after wedding..wedding preps are really slow...wil start soon sometime..there isn't much to shop though.....i am not reading seriously either...can't put my head in it somehow...

    shantaram is kind of nice...i can understand ths desparation to get out of the job....:)yes ! i finished and submitted my thesis....at leisure to readd now..though the weather is pathetic:(.....i miss rains...

    where have u been ..all these days..ok the good news is i have submitted by dissertation and my supervisor was very happy with my work...infact she didn't stop talking abt it..:))...ok! i started reading shanataram..have u read ths one..n yes!! thye biggest news has to be..i met tht writer amitav ghosh on NDTV..:)

    I like linkin park. I classify them more as rap-metal than scremo. Two favorite authors of mine are John Grisham and Jodi Picoult. Picoult's books are more for the female audience in my opinion, but I know some guys who like her books too. The best book that I read by Picoult was "My Sister's Keeper."

    I'm reading the Book Theif right now. It's not my all time favorite, but it's really good so far. I don't have a specific genre that I like in books really. But I have been reading a lot of Historical fiction books lately (mainly on the holocaust and WWII). Other bands that I like are The Killers, Three Days Grace, I like some grunge bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam, I like alternative rock bands, I like heavy metal bands (especially Pantera), and I also like some rap, hip-hop, classical, and a little country music too. I like pop occasionly if it's really good. I absolutely HATE all these scremo bands that have been coming out lately. All the songs sound the same, you know what I mean?

    why is everybdy so despearte to get out of their jobs...? my fiance feels the same way..this is all we talk abt these days...i can understand..it's difficult to stay once u r decided on ths..and believe me abt the dad....everybdy feels the same way:)

    not started yest! not my priority either...have to buy few things only..wil start sometime...cusn't come online..comp's RAM's given away..using my laptop...no yahoo msgr on ths one..can't download either ..some security issue..tht's great..if u find some job back home...u'l be closer to your family..tho i wonder if u'd accept it easily as home..once out..home becomes a volatile idea:)

    From my experience the lifestyle is getting busy, but I guess there is still much leisure time. On a whole I guess is still pretty laid back . . . but thats my opinion. :)
