Don't wear my shit again. It still smells like you and I keep on smelling it.

I lay them down, one glass after another. I loved that liquid gold. The first few were always neat with water. After that, I preferred them on ice. That's when they tasted like ice teas. I pretended that's what they were. That's the kind of shit that makes you... more »

What makes a Penguin Classic a classic? I'm not exactly sure, and I wasn't exactly sure if this book was brilliant or just a mixture of Italo Calvino and a not so fairly less amusing Pulp Fiction. I'm also unsure about the stability of this government and the genuineness of the only vendors of our voting machines. DOWN WITH DIEBOLD! DOWN WITH NO CHOICES FOR THE VENDORS!

For the longest time, I rememberd Scout being a boy, and I saw this cover. Boy did I turn redder than Kramer did at his outbreak at that comedy club! This book also deals with racism. I recommend the Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Pinot Noir 2002 for the sixth chapter.

Paris will never be the same. The world will never be the same. Hemingway immoralized this moment in time and he didn't live long enough to see it published. An old drunk writer once said, "some write to heal, some write to forget and yet some write to lose themselves in another world, not all those who write happy poems are truly happy, but a farce, a person living in a fantasy world, that fact was never more evident than this," and I find it very fitting for this masterpiece.

Faulkner was insane, or very creative. Maybe his insanity propelled his inventiveness and expression. If you can't read, this book is still a plus because of his little doodles and drawings.

I've naired off all of my red hair because of this Robbins' novel. If this were a film, Robbins would be one of my favorite auteurs. Dictionary.com defines an auteur: a filmmaker whose individual style and complete control over all elements of production give a film its personal and unique stamp.

Who likes innuendo!? Not me! Unless of course it's sexual, and from a woman. And this is just that woman that's insinuating sex, but the sex is actually not sex. It's more like a nice nipple twist or an arm rub. It's really NICE.

If you're going to live in a whorehouse, there's only one thing you can do: be the best damn whore around.

I thought this was going to be about a a sensitive black man, but no. It's about the symbiotic relationship of two doomed lovers. I love reading it and eating meat and cheese filled crepes. A great place to visit is "Higher Grounds" in Glen Park.
