Dear Sandra: It would seem you like to read a good adventure novel. If so, you might be interested in my own effort, HUNTING THE KING, which was published in April. The novel revolves around a charismatic young woman named Molly O’Dwyer. Molly was five years old when she witnessed her mother die in a fire. She never knew her father. After her mother’s death, she was raised on the campus of a Jesuit college. Now an archaeologist, she has been recruited to participate on a dig in war torn Iraq. As a scientist she is compelled to discover whatever or whoever is buried under the sands of ancient Babylon. As an observant Catholic, she is scared that whatever she finds will have devastating consequences for her faith. There is a wonderful YouTube book trailer well worth watching if you have the chance. If you do get to see, please let me know what you think. Thanks. Peter

Hi Sandra..Happy Sunday: I'm glad you are enjoying Catherine Coulter's book, "Born To Be Wild." I have that book but as yet not read it. Catherine Coulter also has an FBI series. A few months ago I started Patricia Cornwell's "Isle Of Dogs" but just could not get into it so I set it aside. I guess I just wasn't in the mood for that type of book at that time. Did you read it and like it? So far my favorite series authors are Daniel Silva, Vince Flynn, Lee Child, Michael Connelly, Nora Robert trilogies and David Baldacci's "Oliver Stone" series, the first book being "The Camel Club" then "The Collectors" and "Stone Cold." I'm reading a Greg Iles novel "First Degree" and so far a little disappointed in it although I haven't gotten very far. I have read all of his other novels which I really liked and some were very suspenseful. TTFN, Ruth (Ta Ta For Now)

Hi Sandra: Thank you for inviting me to be your friend. Yep..we certainly are neighbors here in the Valley of the Sun (and air-pollution) ha. I see we have quite a few books in common. I noticed you are planning on reading a Stephen White book, The Program, if I remember right. That is the ninth in the series. I have enjoyed all of his books except for the last one (Dry Ice) which I was a little disappointed in. I think if you start with his series you will enjoy them more, the first being "Priviledged Information" in order to become familiar with the characters. I have all of Patricia Cornwell's novels which I see you love but just haven't gotten around to them. I have so darn many I want to read before I say "adios." I'm so glad to meet a fellow Arizonian. I'm a native which is rare now-a-days. Again, thank you for finding me. Ruth
