    Although I responded, and disagreed w/ your review of , "Lovely Bones".
    When looking over your shelf I found we have more in common in our literary tastes than we do differences. I too loved, "Water for Elephants", "Lolita", "The Great Gabsy", "Virgin Suicides" and several more.
    As well as our literary tastes we also have our studies in common. I too studied Literature, and Art, and I speak French fluently.
    Since you loved, "Virgin Suicides" you may want to read "Middlesex" by Jeffrey Euginides. I loved it, it's one of my favorites.

    Yeah, I hear ya, about Miranda July. Sometimes I find that - trying so hard to be quriky indie cool, a bit tired. Although that has been a large part of my world, I sometimes wince. Did you read The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night? Can you suggest something?

    Oh, it looks like you are reading Karen Russell. She a favorite of mine. I just started a collection by Kelly Link, Pretty Monsters. I've heard a lot of good things about it and I'm hoping for the best! Happy Holidays.

    Me too! Loved the book an the movie. It's nice to see someone who likes Russian literature, graphic novels, and YA stuff! I'm going to be reading Miranda July's collection soon, but I read your comments, and I'm interested to see if my reaction will be the same . . .

    I`m reading KIDNAPPED by robert louis stevenson , i work for a TV channel and I`m also a part of social awareness program.....this book is about pirates, back in 1751... good book......
