    Hey hon!

It is supposed to be spring over here but you wouldn't know what season to call it because one moment it rains and the next you find yourself sweating nails! :OP That's how dynamic the weather here is.

I am quite looking forward to the Rugby World Cup. I think Holland is playing as well!

At the moment I'm on the 4th Sookie Stackhouse book, Dead to the world! I kind of like the tv series better than the book because in the books, Sookie is completely annoying and spoiled!.

I have just finished reading Cheyenne McCray's 'Demons Not Included'. It's book ONE of the Nyx series. I really seemed to enjoy it, it's fast paced, humorous and has a dash of the thriller element to it. I definitely will recommend this book.

Next on my reading list is 'The Magical Christmas Cat' by Lora Leigh and a few other authors. I wish we BOTH got paid for reading! that is certainly my DREAM job, I'm sure it is yours also! :OD

    Happy Reading!

    Love

    Hi Sam honey!

It actually snowed in Auckland a few days ago! Auckland has a sub tropical climate, so it shouldn't snow here, but it did! Although many people confused snow with hail, it did actually snow!.

There are SO MANY new books coming out, that I'm kinda reeling from the no. of genres out there. I have begun experimenting with the different genres. I'm starting to read up on thrillers/crime/mystery! but I'll always have a special place for Paranormal Romance. I can't seem to get enough of it!!!!!

What books are you on at the moment?!?

I've just finished reading Sherrilyn Kenyon's No Mercy and now I'm on to Demons not Included by Cheyenne McCray!

It is so funny you said that, because the major complaint about the area I live in is that it is so flat. Travel probably won't happen due to lack of funds-we live comfortable here but there is no extra cash for a trip that would cost a lot of money, and every time we save some cash an emergency seems to arise. That's life!

To a certain extent the people from every state I've visited seem to be different from each other but they have a lot more in common and I bet that is the same all over.

Texans do speak with a certain twang and there are regional differences in dialect that can be amusing-I've run into people from Central Texas whose accent was so thick I could barely understand them.

Yes one thing a lot of my friends from overseas have commented on is the vastness of the States. I rarely have opportunities to travel so I haven't seen even one percent of it. I've been to only seven of our fifty states: Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Illinois.

You & I could probably both enjoy a visit to each other's countries-but if you're like me it is not going to happen. That is why I envy you-so many other nations are only a day's hop away, and there is so much history to see.

You said your father worked in industry-mine retired from a long career in the petrochemical field. (Which may seem to confirm every tall tale you've heard about Texas and oil.)
