Our team made it from the Regional meet to the Sectional meet. However, they just felt short of qualifying for State. We did have one runner advance to the State meet as an individual. He will be racing this weekend. Thanks again!!!Neal
Cheryl:Thank you so much for the books. I was so excited when the box arrived. I opened them up and was showing some of my runners. I couldn't believe how many you sent and how nice of condition they were in. Then my secretary came in with a second box that was even bigger. You are way too kind and generous. I greatly appreciate it. The runners were excited and already started borrowing them. I can't thank you enough for helping our team out. It means a lot to our program.Neal
I can't thank you enough. You are too kind. It really is a big help in motivating my runners.Unfortunately, I only coach the boys team at this point.Neal
Yes I am still coaching. My team is doing exceptionally well this year so far. My runners, their parents (who run), and the teachers I work with (that run) are often checking out running books from our team's library.Let me know how much you want for the books and shipping. I really appreciate it. Neal Garrison
Thanks so much. I greatly appreciate it. I will gladly send you any shipping costs or any other costs you need.I have had different companies over the years donate things over the years so they can use it as a tax deduction since public schools are tax deductible organizations.I would love to get any running book you are willing to get rid of. Our runners actually check books out almost daily. They use certain books to get ideas for training, some to get motivated for races, some for book reports, and some to read for pleasure. They read books on any topic running related. If you ever are bored, our team's website is http://www.ms.k12.il.us/mshs/athletics/mx_country/boyscrosspage.htmlThanks so much.Neal GarrisonMahomet-Seymour High School302 West State StreetMahomet, IL 61853
Hello.I am a cross country coach and I am trying to add books to a running library for myself and my runners. I didn't know if you owned the running books you read, but if so would you consider selling your running books to me for my team's running library?ThanksNeal
I see we have 50 books in common. Considering I have only 170 books in my list, that is close to 1/3 of my recorded readings. I wondered if you had read much by J.F. Freedman, and what you thought of him as an author. I just finished Key Witness and enjoyed it.
Of course!!! Just let her know my user name.
