    really? They may scratch the tombs and do all sorts of non-sense but if you go and tell them that the tomb is gonna be demolished, they would give their life to stop it. Thats what I called real love for heritage :)

    Amartya sen is almost an antonym to friedman with his strong socialist sympathy. I am kind of anti-communist so I guess my view of sen would be biased. I did like the argumentative Indian though :)

    If you like anything related to Economics you will just love his book. But sometimes I think the man goes overboard with his obsessions with a pure capitalist state. I personally feel such a state is impossible, especially in India. But I certainly would recommend you the book. It was a landmark book of the 20th century in Economics :)
