My book collection has everything from classics, to fantasy and science fiction, to horror, and even a few westerns. Plus some good non-fiction. It's hard to say what my criteria are for a good... more »

I saw that you are reading Flat Earth, consider Volkavaar by the same author, it is bloody good. The Book of the Mad in the Paradys series also kept me up late, and it is a stand-alone novelette.

The ones I've read and really like are Dawn of the Dead, Night of the Living Dead, and Resident Evil. There's a really extensive list of zombie comics at http://www.allthingszombie.com/forums/showthread.php?p=346997. It's the most complete list I've seen.

Yeah, I'd have to agree= zombies are best left to cinematography. And comic books. I love comic books and they usually do zombies justice. lol

Yeah, it's not done very well in my opinion. I mean, it takes the majority of the novel for one person to turn into a zombie! Mostly it seems like just part of the scenery.

I bought it the first time I saw it and was really excited for it, but it was a major disappointment! It's about 80% Pride & Prejudice and 20% zombies. I was really hoping for more zombie action. I may be biased though- I could never get into regency romances and thought this would help me get into the story, but it didn't.
