    “Although I've never followed this complete program, this book changed my entire perspective on nutrition. I realized why we are so weak and sick compared to Bible days when food what wholesome and more easily digested than it is today. Our modern methods of harvesting crops and extended life storage don't do us any favors. Highly recommended.”
