Hey Ron b,Thanks for adding me on as a friend. I look foward to seeing what you'll be reading in the near future.
Yo
I see you have recently been active in a Shelfari Group. Since the current one is rather inactive I am going to attempt to start one. I hope you will consider joining in the discussion. http://www.shelfari.com/groups/38447/about
Yes, definitely! I'm not much of a world traveler but the Angkor temples are quite easily one of the best places I have ever been. :)
That's the Bayon, one of the temples inside Angkor Thom in Cambodia. :)
I just finished Anathem last night. Halfway through, I thought it would be my favorite Stephenson, but I ended with about 4.5 stars. It was great - I just felt like it waffled in the end a bit. I think I was expecting a bit more parallel universe action.
start with altered carbon, i put down 13 about half-way through
hey - any good recent sci fi in the vein of richard morgan that you can recommend?
Thanks for your input Ron, that was the story I was looking for. I have posted a note on the forum but just thought I would say a Thank You in person.
Thanks for the "Reflex (Jumper)" reccomendation! I'm gonna get it. I'm glad to know the sequel is better than the movie :)
