“Butterfly Wishes is a beautifully written story about loss, hope, and the great Circle of Life. Two children meet in small town Tennessee and forge a bond over the loss of loved ones. As they grow, they weather challenges and teach us gentle lessons about grasping the fullness of all life has to offer while we can. The secondary characters are well drawn as well, lovable, each with their own story to tell. Ms Paulette's sketch of small town life, her gorgeous visions of the hereafter, and lovely phrases had me alternately smiling or diving into the tissue box. What I wouldn't give to taste Ida and Haney's brownies or homebrew!”
