Hey, I'm just messaging around to introduce myself as the author of "Kyle vs Leila - Battle for the Cyberdomes" in the hope that people will shelve it! I've made Part 1 available free on smashwords for anyone who's interested as its got some decent reviews so far. And below that is a vid of me on YouTube ... just for fun :o)
To all my Shelfari friends...

I'm well, thanks for asking! Today was the first day of school for 3 of my kiddos. My oldest son started 8th grade, my daughter started 7th, another son started 1st grade and my youngest is chugging away in daycare/Pre-K.
Life has me pretty busy so I've not been reading near as much as I used to. But I still try to get through a book every couple of weeks or so. I finally gave up trying to hoard books, lol, and I've been using my library card. Yay me! Which means I've also branched out and have been reading lots of different genres.

Have you finished The Great Gatsby yet young lady? I bet you gave up, didn't you? Can't say I blame ya.
I was browsing the shelf of a new friend yesterday and came across a book I read as a freshman that I don't remember much about except that I was surprised that I liked reading it......Rebecca. I think I'm gonna read that one for April.
I read an interesting book for a book club this month....She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb. It's definately not something I would have just picked up on my own but I liked it. It was different.
What are you reading?
