Don't mind my saying, that's an excellent shot, Miranda.
You never responded to me on my previous note; was the book based on Fibonacci?

Hi. I saw on my "friends" page that you added this book ...on Symmetry and recurring patterns in nature. You probably know about it already, but it's probably based on Fibonacci ... even though he didn't mention it. At least it isn't mentioned in the review. Fibo, golden ratio, golden rectangle ... Leonardo is said to have used gold rectanlge relationships in laying out the Mona Lisa.
Sorry, was just noticing and can't mind my own business !!

yeah, you're going to expand/deviate my interests bit. Especially from what I've been into lately. Also, i can't remember the last time I saw Rod McKuen on someones shelf. i haven't read him in YEARS !

Good choices. I need to buy that Founders book. And Bradbury's classic continues to terrify me when my mind wanders late at night.

Oh boy, I like that new addition to what you're reading. Eggers for president. Perlman is better, though.
