Yeah - The Giver is definitely a young adult novel (I did read it in 7th grade and then again last year in my young adult novels class), but it is superb for using to get kids to think about right and wrong and why choice is good and can actually be a great spiritual lesson. Good to hear from you! I'm sorry I have to admit I don't have any of the four, but...I'm running a little behind on some of my reading. I'll post the books I've somewhat read in the last 12 months or so...haven't been many but I've been wanting to change that!
