What can i say? I'm a 28 year old woman who works at our local library which I LOVE. As a librarian I am trying to read a variety of books in order to make suggestions to our patrons. I do not own all the books on my list. I just don't have the money and that's why there's libraries, right? I'm proud to say that I'm able to participate in our weekly children's program as an assistant. I'm married but have no kids yet. In 1994 I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease to which I have had two surgeries in the year 2004. When I actually do have some spare time I read, watch television on DVD's, Internet search, play with my dauchsaund, knit or listen to music. I have a love of fashion, especially from the 1920's. Growing up my Dad always read to me before bed and I remember my Mom buying me scholastic books and reading to me, too. They both fostered a love for reading in me. But here in the last two years have I really embraced reading and begun to find my style. I prefer paranormal genre books such as: vampires, ghosts, werewolves, magic, faeries, medium/mystery, anything unexplanable or in the gray areas of life, etc. (Don't get me wrong-- I've enjoyed a good mystery or a classic too.)
