I ve been a bookworm since I learned to read at age three. My mom never could read without falling asleep; she says she quite often awoke from reading me a bedtime story to find me reading to her instead. I made that poor woman haul bags and bags of books home from the library, and read 500 of em in a library summer reading program before I started kindergarten. I have a little less time to read now that I m a full-time mom (to one mini-me-bookworm and one she ll-love-to-read-if-it-kills-me preschooler) but I have a book in my hand every time I find a moment. And my hubby is the most awesomest hubby in the world because he gave me a Kindle last Christmas WITHOUT MY ASKING FOR IT. That increases my reading opportunities a bit, and I m most grateful.
