    Just an update...my newest title PREY will be in stores mid-February. The book is a departure from my other works, still a YA, but exploring a darker theme---relationshio between female teacher and male student. I enjoyed writing it. Hope all's well for you and yours. My gang is thriving. Erik's returned to school---Covenant Seminary in St Louis for two years study toward becoming ordained. He has five kids now! Four adopted. We love them like crazy, but wish they were back in Alabama, a whole lot closer. Sean is fine, busy and a daddy to three boys. I'm still writing, but not nearly as much.

    I'm just getting my 2008 books lined up and was wondering if you can recommend some books. I want to read more classics this year, so I've ordered up some Hemingway, Kafka, Tolstoy and Dylan Thomas. I also love modern fiction such as "The Life of Pi", Dean Koontz, ect.
