    Dear “BoOk WoRmS”,
    Thank you to everyone who read the last book!! The next book is “Charlotte’s Web” by E.B. White. You have to finish it by May 20, 2007. Please add things to the discussion page if you want to be a “Super WoRm”! This book’s “Super WoRm” is “poco_loco”. She is new, but has contributed a lot. Everyone make the new members feel welcomed. There are now 29 members!!! Visit another member’s page or leave a note to them. Remember to leave a note to which book you want to read next, last time we received very few votes.

    Up for another reading challenge with the Page Turner Group? Now the idea is to pick a book from the list that has been listed as a page turner. If so, then we should be able to have a good read as well as check off a book from out list quickly. Is there a book on the list that you would choose for a group read?

    Hi “BoOk WoRmS” Members,
    There are now 24 PEOPLE in our group! Thank you to all of the people who participated. The winner of the “New WoRmS” contest was “mebookworm” and she chose “The World’s Shortest Stories” by Steve Moss. It is a book that has many short stories, all just 55 words long! Please finish it by May 5, 2007. We are starting a new thing were for each book there is a “Super WoRm”. It can be decided before, during, or after reading the book. It is basically the person who contributed the most to the discussions, comments, group activities, and MORE! Each time you are a “Super WoRm” you get a star. After being it for five time, you get to choose the next book!! Leave notes on my page for which book you would like to read next. Please welcome in our new members!!

    Hi! I teach middle school reading, and I am always looking for new fantastic books. I saw The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, The Tale of Despereaux, and The People of Sparks on your shelf. I was wondering if you liked them or if you thought they would be good to teach in a class of 5-6th graders?

    Hi ~ Many of the books on your page are familiar to me. I love The Giver, also loved the book Because of Winn Dixie. I'm sure you would like Holes. It is a fantastic story. I will check into that group you mentioned. Thank you for stopping by.

    The witches is very good. It is about this boy who discovers a pack of witches are meeting at the hotel he is staying at. The witches hate kids and plan to get rid of them all by turning them into mice.... I loved it.
