hello ! I must admit Blindness was not a easy read . I did like the book more than the movie..I find some translated books hard to read depending on the writer but the same goes for american writers.

Hello Ricardo..Thanks for the book info!!!! I am reading Middlemarch right now a big change from the type of books I am used to reading! Hands down I must say Out is one of my fav books of all time...I hope it is made into a film which I would love to direct an choose the actors!!!Have you read Blindness by Saramango? I read the book first then I checked out the film ...I Did like the film but I must say the book was scarry as hell for me !!! Oona*

I love all Asian films yes the creepy ones are amazing I just watched Pluse last night for the second time Sundays nights there is a channel that hosts Asia Extreme It is wonderful... Korean ... Chinese Thai an Japanese horror films an sometimes sci fi.I am from New York State ..I am about 45 mins outside of NYC.Please feel free to mention any Portugese writers... I would be very interested!There are a few books shop in the city that only carry Mystery books I checked one out once I did get a great book there....

I am a huge fan of Japanese writers an film as well I started watching Japanese films first an feel upon Japanese writers.I Liked real world its different from Out an Grotesque....But out by far is my favorite.I like it so much I listened to it on books on tape like I have done with Murakami's Wind up Bird an Kafka on the shore....

Ryu Murakami is on my must read list of books I see that you have read one of my favorite books... OUT by Kirino I have read two of her other novels that have been translated into english.
