I'm searching for a book I once read, and you may know it. It was about a girl who bakes desserts. It's in a society where there's lots of paranormal. She meets a vampire who is actually be tortured as punishment from other vampires. She rescues him, and they fall in love. Tell me you know it....

    Hi Diane,

Thanks for accepting my invite and being my friend!

I look forward to trading recos and perusing your shelf ;)

I just bought my first JR Ward (Dark Lover) today. I'm real wary about starting new vampire series and pick and chose. Already reading Kenyon's DH's. No Feehan or Hamilton yet. I have a Sookie Stackhouse that's been on my tbr pile for at least a few years. Didn't know it was the first in a series OR that it was in first person POV (definite negative for though I have read some book in this format and enjoyed them).

Well, now that I've talked your ear off, LOL...

TTYL and have a great week!

Hi thanks for the welcome!! :) I'd love to add you as a friend.. :) You are so lucky to have all those brothers to read about still! Oh I loved Rhages book, it's my favorite 'love story' of all, so far. And I just have a soft spot for his Beast.. lol I'm enjoying shelfari so far, it is fun.

I see you like SK too, have you read all the DH's yet? I can't wait for Ash's book, next year. It should be so good!

    TTYL!

Always happy to make new friends and so glad you decided to be one. :) I agree, Shelfari is addictive and fun. I'm hooked on JR Ward, S. Kenyon and LK Hamilton too. It will be interesting to see what other books / authors we both like. :)
    See you around!
