    I think the biggest problem I have with Wicked is the musical version is so different and IMHO so much better. Sure it has the advantage of a really great musical score - but I just find it fun where the book version just depresses me.

    Our next book is "The Higher Power of Lucky" by Susan Patron. It was the 2007 Newbery Medal Winner. You need to have it finished by Februrary 11th.
