Thanks for joining the Best English-Language Fiction of the Twentieth Century – the name rolls right off the tongue doesn’t it…
Hopefully the posts will start rolling in once we get over the ‘new group’ hump and out of the busy holiday season. Again, glad you joined up and I look forward to picking at the threads with you.
Please consider inviting your friends to join us as well. See you around the shelves.
Well I read your note about Grapes of Wrath being Steinbeck's most open angry book. It is the most famous and quoted - but I would place "In Dubious Battle" as his most angry book. It deals about the communist movement among farm workers in California, and I feel that is one reason it is not so well known / publicised.
How are you? i hope you are fine, I took a look at your page and well, I liked what I saw. it seams like some thing touches me, i started having some feelings in me which i have never experience in my life before, that is why i become interested to write to you, my Name is Mary Williams, i am 23 years of age never married. i think we should bee friends (it's so hard to tell in this digital world ) anyway i will also like to know you the more, and i want you to send an email to my email address so i can give you my pictures for you to know whom i am.
