I worked in the corporate world for many years as a computer trainer, software analyst, and stockbroker. I became a mom and stayed home with the younguns' until they grew up and flew the coop. I taught both children in all their studies, and received what amounted to a college education in English and writing while teaching from Romalda Spaulding's "Writing Road to Reading", and then later through "Total Language Plus", where we used classic literature for our entire course in language arts. Both children are excellent speakers and writers and won many awards through various speech and writing contests. Do I sound like a proud mama?

I began journaling about 24 years ago, but did not begin writing in earnest until about 7 years ago. I am totally enthralled with the creative process of brainstorming the subject matter, writing, editing, proofing, and formatting the documents for upload to Amazon Kindle. The process of learning to publish on Amazon has taken probably about 2 years of solid studying and applying. The process has been very challenging but also very rewarding.

My goal is to begin writing romantic fiction for the year 2013 and beyond. « less
