I used to could walk and read, hated to waste time that could be spend reading. As I browse this site and others reading lists, I'm remembering old favorites and it is way fun. You browse my shelf, you'll find I'm a fan of Georgette Heyer, Elizabeth Cadell, Mary Stewart, Jane Aiken Hodge, Alastair Mclean, Helen McInnes and Elizabeth Peters. It was because of these wonderful authors, that I started writing myself.

Pauline Baird Jones is the award-winning author of eight novels of action-adventure, suspense, romantic suspense and comedy-mystery. Her eighth novel, The Key, will release in 2007 from LL Dreamspell.
Pauline is the President of The Final Twist, the Houston Chapter of Sisters in Crime and Vice President of EPIC, The Electronically Published Internet Connection. Originally from Wyoming, she and her family moved from New Orleans to Texas before Katrina.
