    After 2nd reminder, I finally created an account. Are you interested in Carla Neggers' novels? I recently read The Widow and The Angel (its sequel). Enjoyed both. I usually try to read all that she writes. Thanks for the invite.

    Thanks, Pat. Very difficult to write about--I spent a year reading soldier blogs and crying. But then I heard from so many soldier's families after the book came out...It made the whole thing so worthwhile...

    Did you finish reading it?? I couldn't believe how poor they were. It made me look around and appreciate what I have more. I've read quite a few books like that lately.

    That's Frankie wearing a wig from the New Years Eve party we went to. It had a 70s theme with people dancing "The Hustle" and a disco ball and everything!! We had a blast!
