  Well, they are brother and sister and as of now, they are not. Though when the season starts, it could be hinted at depending on how you look at it. They have a close relationship as siblings, but whether you think that more is meant between them is honestly based on a personal opinion.
  From what i've read about the Borgia's, Cesare and Lucretia are rumored to have had a secret relationship, though it was never anything that could be confirmed. So that would definitely be something to look up! =)
  And you NEED to watch it! There's only two more episodes left in this season!

  Oh my gosh!! That IS a delima!!! Okay, I will have to ask my one friend for the name of the website.. there is a website out there where you can watch movies that are currently in theatres and you can watch current tv shows. I've been on it before to watch a movie but I can't remember the name. I will find out and let you know!! =)
