Hi,
I'm the owner of the particularbaptist.com web site at: http://particularbaptist.com, which is obviously a site for Particular and Reformed Baptists, with many Reformed resources. This Shelfari presence is meant to compliment my library page on particularbaptist.com: http://www.particularbaptist.com/kevins/kevinslibrary.html and my 'At The BookShelf' Blog: http://atthebookshelf.wordpress.com/
Here's what I put on my 'About' page at At The BookShelf:
'ABOUT AT THE BOOKSHELF:
'At the BookShelf is a Blog about Books. For many years my friends have known about my greatest hobby – the collection and reading (some would also add – organising) of books, especially theological and historical books. My other great hobby is websites. Now I am combining my love of books with my other love of making websites – what a wonderful combination.
'Now I can share my passion for books with an even wider audience, linking together my various web pages dealing with books, with this Blog and my Shelfari social networking presence. All of these various pages and sites will bring together my entire personal library and reading experiences, while also allowing me to share what I have learnt and read with visitors to these sites. It also opens up a wonderful opportunity for interaction with my visitors through various forms of discussion.
'So look around and enjoy the experience. Consider joining Shelfari and starting your own online presence there and by doing so open up opportunities for discussion and fellowship with people like myself. You could also join my Reformed Reading Group at Shelfari and help form a community of like-minded readers sharing together.
'Kevin, At The BookShelf ... With My Head in a Book.'
Please have a look around,
Thanks, Kevin
