Hello!
My name is Amy and I live in Rhode Island. I've lived here my entire life and I love this tiny little state! There are so many great things to do here. Going to the beach is one of my favorites. But living in New England makes it hard for me to pick a favorite time of year, each one brings something special. Summers are warm and beautiful, fall brings the beautiful changing of the leaves, a little snow in the winter and spring is filled with budding flowers.
From the time I was a little girl I was always fascinated by reading and as I grew up, it was no longer a simple hobby, but a passion. I read a vast array of genres, from romance (my dad still calls me Princess) to Thrillers (that scare me to death) it's an escape to a place that I love.
A girlie girl in every sense of the word, I love to have my hair done, nails done, make-up on and dressed up. Some of my favorite activities I had growing up and even now are horseback riding, cheerleading, gymnastics and dance. I'm out-going and friendly and love to meet new people. But the very FAVORTIE "Me" time activity of all time is reading. I've been reading since the tender age of three. Books were always a treasure to me, a place I could go to be that "real life" princess that I still sometimes long to be. A romantic at heart, I believe in the "Happily Ever After", the Fairytale life and I feel extremely lucky to see the world this way.
I have a handsome, intelligent, compassionate, caring and friendly son. (I could go on...lol) His name is Devin and he is the light of my life. The sun rises and sets on him. He's my purpose for being here in life. And knowing that makes me the happiest mother (and woman) in the world.
I read my very first romance novel when I was a freshman in high school. Actually, it was the summer before ninth grade and I was helping my mother clean the basement when I came upon a whole box of books and being the curious and voracious reader that I am, I was immediately excited. The first book on the very top had a gorgeous couple in a sexy pose and they were half dressed. I started reading and have never looked back. Today, I love reading and reviewing sizzling hot romance and erotica. My reviews help me feel closer to both the readers and the authors. If my review helps you decide what you'd like to read, then my job was done well, and that makes me happy.
