I'm 35 years old and my real name is Erick. I've been Christian for 13 years. My diet has been mostly vegetarian (pescetarian technically speaking) for about 15 years. Been playing guitar for about 18 years. Interests include theology, religion, history, mythology, poetry, philosophy, psychology, sociology, political theory and music. These are only a selection of books I've read. They reflect mainly my interests of the last 11 years or so. I usually only list books where I have a physical copy handy. My screen name is an homage to my tendency for rather imaginative hypnagogia. And an ode to Romantic period art, literature, music and poetry.
Though I am Pentecostal Protestant, my theology is a mixture of elements: Lutheran, Anabaptist, Pentecostal, Eastern Orthodoxy, Alexandrian Christian Philosophy, the mystical side of Catholicism and maybe a bit of Christian Romanticism a la William Blake and Samuel Coleridge. I'm very ecumenical. Not a big fan of Calvin or the Puritans -with some exceptions. I am opposed to Zionism and premillennial dispensationalism.
Just because it is on my shelf and I give it a good review does not necessarily mean I agree with everything in a particular book.
