ya long time since you last logged in here..these days even i'm busy with my job so... and yes you are right on target that these days i'm obsessed with vampires and fantasy stuff.. as for harry potter i've decided long bask that the movies are made only for people like us who already have read the books coz otherwise you miss out a lot of part but i like the characterization in the movies. whenever i read the books i always visualize the same faces in my mind.
Welcome to the group based on the book 1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die. There is a general explanation of the group under the discussion thread GROUP GUIDELINES. The books of the month (BOTM) that the group is reading are pinned to the top. June’s BOTM are The God of Small Things by Roy, Wide Sargasso Sea by Rhys and Midnight’s Children by Rushdie. I will post new discussion questions in June. We are also starting something new. It will be a Long Read consisting of books from the list that are greater than a 1000 pages. The group will be starting with War and Peace by Tolstoy which will be a May, June, July read.
