Go down there frequently to visit friends/family. I'll be back down around July 4th for my high school reunion - and will be spending several days in the area (along with at least 1 trip across the border!)
Just back from another quick trip to El Paso... and an even quicker trip to Juarez. A couple friends and I walked across, hit the Kentucky Club, the betting club where the old Florida used to be and then they took me to Club Safari. HA HA. There is NOTHING like that in Seattle.
