I love to read. During the school year I only have the opportunity to read books that I can recommend to my students, but over the summer I try to catch up on adult reading. My goal is to keep an ongoing list of all the books I've read, books I own, and write notes about as many books as possiible. We can learn from eachother, thank you in... more »

    Hi, Rose...Just spent some time updating my shelf. Now that we are into a new year, I want to start doing this again. It's a great way to keep track of books, especially the ones I use in school.     Never read Barbara Delinski before, but enjoyed The Family Tree so much I recommended it to our book club this month. Now reading Freedom by Jonathan Franzen. Starts out strong, but is getting a bit draggy. Hope it picks up.

    Hey Rose. Now i finally have actual time to take part in this site. i love it! I read Weissenbluth's book too. It was the best of the bunch in terms of sleep. I don't think I read any of those books until Jake was 4 mo. I felt a little behind the eight-ball, but we're doing great with sleep now:)

    I really liked The Pact, I also picked it up at the book fair. Then read Durable Goods which I have wanted to read for years, read it in one day. I am now onto The Body of Christopher Creed. Will be back to the grind a week from tomorrow:-(, I hate to leave the shore.
