Not much to say except I'm a grandfather of 20, I'm a Viet Nam vet I have 3 kids and 3 ex-daughter in-laws and 1 son-in-law and 3 possible ex son-in-laws from my oldest daughter who only contacts me when she wants something. I spent some time in work release of which I don't talk about. I trusted someone that I shouldn't have. My fault for that. I go to church regularly even though My church friends don't agree with all i have to say and visa versa. I'm straight and my best friend of 26 years is gay which brings alot of questions, but I don't care what people say.
I've a great many of books and read a great many of books.In recent years during the time I trusted someone I shouldn't I lost a lot of my books. I gave some to a good friend and a month later he had a fire and they were destroyed. I have trouble remeber some of the books that I read and that might go back to either I read so much that my mind is purposely pushing them aside for the new ones I read or I have selective memory going back to Nam. I realy don't remember much about Nam except that we shouldn't have been there. I've pushed most of it out of my mind along with the memory of many of the books that I have read.
I love books it is the best way to escape the ills of life and stay sane and out of trouble.
As I said earlier in my profile I spent time in work release. I have to say that no one should give out to much info on ones self. There are some realy bad people out there that will take advantage of others. If you are underage do not put your age in your profile, do not tell anyone where you live, don't give out to much info on your school and if possible don't talk to strangers. I lost a friend because I told her to remove her age and that I agreed with her mother that she shouldn't talk to strangers. As I said be careful about what info you give out. I'm 63 and I'm at the stage in my life that I don't care what you know (almost), just be careful, everyone. « less
