  I love them! Of course nothing pleases me more than being able to read them aloud to my granddaughters. And Dr. Seuss is the best!

  hi there new friend!
  I've never actually read the book Alice in Wonderland (were jabberwocky's from) but I am planing to in the near future. I had to memorize a poem for school, and was so excited about reading this one.

  hi! this is the admin from 'little books for big people', just wanted to say thanks for joining my group, and I love your idea about children's lit.
  
  would you like to be friends? I'm in 7th grade, love fantasy and fiction (no sci-fi) and I'm always looking for some good children's books to read. I just like that kind of stuff better and now that I'm more into the 'young adult' age, I'm finding that I liked the good 'ole magical kid's books better. I do enjoy classics though.
  Right now I'm finishing up Pride and Prejudice, then I will be reading Alice in Wonderland. I'm hoping Alice in Wonderland will be a good classic children's book.
