Hey K_stin I knew you would like the Fault in our stars I gave this book for Christmas so far everyone love this book!! Love John
Green if you get to read some of his other books please let me know how you like them. Happy Readings!!
Hey K_stin Happy New Year? Which books have been reading? Anything you would recommend?
I've requested to follow you too! Hopefully we can both find some good new books. :)
Hi K_stin I want to recommend to you the book The Fault in our Stars by John Green if you haven't read it you should. I know you will love it, I stood up to 4;00a.m. finishing this book you will fall in love with the characters!!!!
Hey K_stin hope you have a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!!!
Hey K_stin I just finished reading Sarah's Key what a great story definitely I recommend this book awesome!!!!!
That's hilarious!!! :) I haven't had a whole lot of time to devote to it yet - I think I'm just abuot 50 pages in, but it seems good so far. It got so many good reveiws on a lot of the book blogs I read, so I'm excited!
By the way, the book you're reading now looks so good! I added it to my shelf. (If it turns out to be awful, you'll have to tell me.) :) I loved Chocolat, and it looks like 'Matchmaker' has been compared to that, so that's an extra point!
I still really like it. It's hard and sometimes difficult to listen to - there have certainly been several parts that made my stomach hurt--but I am still convinced it will a four star (potentially 5) book. Honestly, I think I like it more than 'Riding the Bus'. But we'll see, I'm about half-way through the audiobook now. And I liked Caleb's Crossing okay. It was a bit slow going - not a lot of drama or excitement, no big climaxes or anything. I'd put it at about 3 stars probably. (If I had to pick between that and 'Year of Wonders', I'd lean toward Wonders. :)
Hey there - I thought I'd pass along an early book reccommendation! :) I'm listening to ' They Story of Beautiful Girl' by Rachel Simon. She also wrote 'Riding the Bus With my Sister, which I think you and I both liked. Anyway, it's really good so far so I thought I'd tell you about it!
Hey K_stin once I finished will touch base with you so we can discuss the story. Hey what are you reading at the moment???
Don't you hate that when you finished reading a good book you don't know what you want to read. That happen to me after the help but i decided on Memoir of a Geisha I been wanted to read this book for a long time I hope is Good have you read this book before?? If you did please tell if is going to be a good book?? I trust your choices!!!
Hey K_stin just finished reading the help I can understand now why you like the story. Wow I couldn't but it down love Aibileen,Minny and skeeter. I laugh and cry with this story!! Which was your favorite character?? Which book are you reading now???
Hey K_stin I read the book as well Loved it! I want to see the movie too. Let me ask you have you seen how Shelfari has our friends list now next to the picture it says following I really don't get it am I following my friends or they following me??? I think some of my friends got lost in this proses because their is a lot of them I don't see their name in my friend list. :-(
Hope you enjoy your Ester!!! Wow now I want to see the movie as well. Are you going to read the book???
This one has been on my 'to be read' list for what seems like ages! I loved 'People of the Book' and so put some of her other novels on my list. I commute about an hour each day for work (so I'm always looking for things to listen to) and I found this as an audiobook at my library. Brooks herself is the one reading, (totally random, but she sounds like an Aussie which I was NOT expecting). But I actually like it so far! Honestly, I find that sometimes I will be more apt to listen to a book - especially if I like the voice of the reader -- more than I might read it myself. I'll let you know what I think when I finish it!
Hi K_stin how are you? Do you have an e-reader?? Which book are you reading at the moment??
Loved The Passage!!!! I felt the same way when I got to the exact point you are coming to. :) I wanted to see that first storyline keep going! But if you hang with it, I think you'll become just as invested in the next group of characters. I really hope you like it!
