That a tough one.... if Kenny G was an actor.. may be he could.. of the current lot may be Tom Hanks would look too old... we have an actor in India, not a huge star, whenever i see him i am reminded of Roark (You can google him, Rahul Dev),, let me see if you agree with me.
I see you added more books, which one was your latest you read?
Angelina says to tell you " I look just like you! Why is that? Do we have the same color hair?" ...Thats not about books but she's over my shoulder staring at your pic with 100 things to say! AAHH!!
Thanks for the friendship invite! Please tell me if you like Duchess of Windsor!

ok...Is a world where vampires are 'out of the coffin' cause supposedly they only have a disease.Sookie is a waitress who has super powers(aka she can read peoples mind) but then she finds this guy who she cannot read his mind and she feels like shes in heaven. After this things happen she gets a long with bill(the guy, the vampire) and a lot of other things happend xDif you want a better summary than mine( which is I gotta say pretty lame) here you gohttp://www.shelfari.com/books/27514/Dead-Until-Dark-(Southern-Vampire-Mysteries-Book-1)
Not a Stephanie Mayer fan, but a huge Ayn Rand Fan.. must have read both fountainhead and atlas shrugged atleast 10 times each and everytime i read it, it brings new insights into my life.. i sometimes wonder what it would be like to make a movie on these two books and what the cast would like... any thoughts.. i think john galt (atlas shrugged) has to be Brad Pitt...

I'm already at 73 books so far. I enjoy meeting new people too. Can never have enough friends.
I'm finally reading East of Eden, that was my one book I said I would read before returning stateside because you said I have too. That Catherine chick is a monster! Very evil! I'm half way through it.
OMG! You look so cute! Is that your baby boy? I've missed you but I understand being busy with school ad work.
Of course!!! Ive been reading her books and they are very good indeed O.Ohave you read them? Dead Until Dark and such?
Thank You. Yes, I did see the movie. I like to read books turned into movies and compare the two. If they thought the book was so good to be transformed into a movie, I wanted to check it out. Of course, there are somany other really good books that have not had that honor --YET.

I enjoyed Love Walked In. I didn't think I would, but I loved the characters. My sister has the second book, Belong To Me and said it's just like meeting new friends. She hadn't read Love Walked In yet, I just gave that one to her, so I guess you can read them out of order and still enjoy them.

I read The Gargoyle about two months ago and was blown away! I've been telling everyone I know about it, I've booktalked it twice for large groups at my library, and I'm always looking for the next person to handsell it to :) I found it to be such a multifaceted story: historical, medical, romantic, philisophical, profound. I can't think of any other narrator I felt more sympathetic towards who admitted to athiesm, alcoholism, hard core drug use, and hard core porn employment. Despite his past and his dismal plans for the future, I loved him and wanted him to heal. Marianne arrived in his hospital room just in time to help him heal and redeem him, though I don't think he could have imagined just what that redemption would cost him. I've had people ask, "What does the gargoyle part mean? Is he the gargoyle?" Well, yes and no. Real gargoyles make their appearance, but he is a sort of gargoyle himself and Marianne has the love and talent to pull his true nature out of the stony existence he has been living up until the accident that takes away all his protections and armors. This is sort of a cryptic description, but that is what I wanted it to be. This book is not a comfortable read, but it isn't supposed to be. Good fiction, IMHO, will often push the boundaries of your comfort zones and that is what makes us grow as human beings. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to explore the darker side of human nature and the true meaning of love.
