    hi! well... yes, the rates are still rather expensive. but we tend to look at the situation this way: in exchange for the 80-150 per seamail send of a book, we get to mooch books that are very expensive here (1K maybe?) or not available at all.... great bargain na rin, di ba? happy mooching!

    sending a paperback by seamail would cost from 70 to 150, depending on weight. please use the posted rates. i will email you the softcopy of the seamail rates if you wish. but be prepared to insist on the rates at the PO. apparently, POs would prefer that you use airmail or are ignorant about their own seamail rates....

    weird, i know. but it's a fact of life we moochers have to contend with.
