Yamada Taro

Yamada Taro

Sherlock Holmes is my fictional hero and i want to be like the Count (Dracula).
I take back saying I don't trust women writers, I just bought Susanna Clarke. But I do hate... more »

His scare tactics didn't work for me but whenever he describes pain I can imagine how it felt for the characters like I can feel it too. Well, a simple mention of a cut from a razor blade makes me cringe and in this book every time they get wounded is detailed.

Good book. But I don't think it was necessary to add the details about the other 'Row' members as it dragged the story a bit. Actually, the whole 'The Corner' part is dragging for me.

The Eternal Husband, its title story, is the funniest. And gay. I haven't actually finished the other stories yet (two left) because I don't have the time anymore and the translations a bit, uh, off. But, I think I know where Gaiman got his idea for The Graveyard Book; Bobok.

Great book, NEVER bores. I wish I created Dracula, he's dominating! A single man who inflicted terror to million and desired by women, who wouldn't want to be like him?

i actually forgot the events that had happened here. they all died, which is how all series like this should end. nevertheless, a good part of the Narnia series.

i'm saying this is the best Narnia book! no Pevensies (i'm sounding like i'm trying to start an anti-Pevensie revolution), just Jill and Eustace.

it has the greatest Narnian adventures. albeit the two Pevensies with Caspian, at least Eustace adds a different color. predictable. my favorite in the series.

this should have been the second book or the start of the series. Prince Caspian rules!

very un-Narnia-ish. it feels like it's from a different series. plus, highly predictable. but despite all that, a nice book because of its Pevensie-less-ness.
