I'm into the paranormal also, I mainly read the Silouhette Nocturne line for my fix. But something I find really exciting is the fact the Harlequin is launching a new eBook line in November called Historical Undone. It is a shorter sensual historical line but they are actively accepting submissions with time=travel or paranormal elements. I'm so looking forward to this new adventure with historicals.
Please join us for our group book discussion: _The Skin I'm In_ by Sharon Flake at YA Books Adult Should Read. Thanks. ~zawadi
Oh my !!! I just saw your private note, you have got to be kidding me ! I just finished one of her books the other day, and I had so much fun reading it! You are amazing ! Wonder how we can move the book between countries :D
Hey, I just finished "Wicked Lovely", is "Ink Exchange" as good ? Really like her writing style, and also, since she has the same addiction to tattoos as I do ;) that is only a plus in my book :DMaddĂ˝
Hi Thanks u fr.
hey!!how is life?
Actually this should be 2 new discussions -"Books about New York" and "books by New Yorkers" for example you can look for Nora Ephron's "I feel bad about my neck" it is set of essays and some of them are so New Yorkish
Btw, I love to read literature reference books. :-) z
Hi, I apologize for the delayed response. I didn't see your question till today. I have not read _Blue Sword_ so I have no opinion. I read very little fantasy. Why do you say it is better? Should I revisit this writer? Peace. ~zawadi
Whoops, sorry. I forgot you had finals.
I realize I'm not great at this group reading thing but the Dog Days discussion is finally on at the Paranormal Mystery group. Just FYI since you expressed interest.Amy T.
sry i havent checked my mail since a long time so no i wasnt offended!!lol
Sounds interesting! Where do we start?Sandy
Thanks so much for the friendship request! I see we have 67 books in common. I actually think it would wind up being more if I had all my books posted. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I'll have to check your library out a little more completely. You have a lot on there that look interesting that I've never read, especially some of the classics. Hope you're having a great weekend!
Hi! Mahi! How are you? Thanks for being my friend. I am krish from Chennai, India. I am amazed at the incredible list of books you have read, and adding more lustre too. Sure you must have rejoiced them all. It sure makes it facile for us to browse through your shelf and read the great ones one by one. Great joy will sure emanate from it.
Thank you for accepting my friendship :D
I think it was your intro! I tend to befriend others who have my paranormal tastes in common ~ yes you qualify. Amy at Paranormal Mysteries is great- always a good reccommendation and she runs a nice group. welcome and happy reading
well, i do seem to be in the minority with not liking _prep_! i just couldn't stand any of the characters and hated the style and the whole package...which is weird, because i'm normally a sucker for the boarding school book! ;) if you do read it, you'll have to let me know what you think. not every book is for every person, for sure, so maybe this one just rubbed me the wrong way...but i do love _boy meets boy_...
Thanks for the compliments..your classical collection is something worth stealing..
I like her "alien huntress" books and Playing with fire ;) Want to try her atlantis books :D
