Any books that you recommend for 11-13 year olds? Looking for a book that I would like, and I'd figure you'd know.
    Thanks for the help!

I was wonderin' if you'd be interested in creating a Community List for the NYRB Classics? I see that you have submitted combination requests for several of the titles on that list. I have quite a few myself and had planned on creating the Community List for them. I just simply do not have the time.

    Hi Sam,

Thanks so much for helping to clean up the Shelfari Catalog!

Wanted to alert you to a convention we use: When a book has multiple titles included, the convention we use is "Title a / Title b / ..."

You'll see several of your title change request edits altered by me to show that convention.

    Thanks again,

Re your Silas Marner combination request...

It looks good. However, the size of the combination hit a server limit and will have to be processed manually by an engineer. This may take some time. Just wanted to let you know - the request hasn't been forgotten!

I never watched Claymore but I've read about it. I'm not a huge fan of gore. Baccano! was my limit for the violence and blood factor. Is Claymore much worse?

I love love love Michele Jaffe's Bad Kitty books. I find them to be hilarious. :3

I know! I don't know how such a great series can be so under the radar! Not that I mind. Lately I can barely stand to watch anything mainstream. Between the stories never ending and the fans it gets a little old.

If you're interested in any of the series I've watched you can check out my "myanimelist" account. I have it linked on my profile. =)

My personal favorite is Samurai Champloo. I'd recommend it to anyone.
