Hi B.D. Sorry it took me so long to accept your friendship request.
Yes I totally agree., hate the words chick lit too. Especially because it seems to be confusing for a lot of people. They think everything a bit romantic is chick lit.

I rather enjoy Charlaine Harris. Sometimes the sex can get in the way of the plot but I think it's (mostly) tastefully done. How old are your girls?

Do you miss working or is the family scene sufficient?
I read the first 4 Anita Blake books, started reading Bloody Bones and thought: "I still strongly dislike Anita, she's not getting any more likable and there's supposed to be more sex and less plot further in the series, why am I reading this?"
I've read most of Interview With the Vampire and started reading The Witching Hour. They didn't take, though I'm intrigued by her Christ the Lord books. Charlaine Harris and Stephanie Meyer are as close as I come to paranormal romance.

Ah-hah. How long have you worked in a bookstore? And which are your favorite vampire novels/series?

I'm curious why you decided to add me as a friend. Not that I mind, but it's crazy that I've gotten like 4 friend requests in the past week or so.

Thanks for the friend add! I think that I have way more books than I could ever ever read but it's definately some sort of weird obsession :) I like Katie MacAlister's books, mostly because of her sarcasm. Any other authors you'd recommend to me?
