I now practice transcendental meditation and Bhakti yoga. This profile shows you my favorite book of all, "This Is PK Mind Over Matter." I think that everybody should know about this book...more »

y0. I've been at it a while, too. Nothing to report so far, but it's been a pleasant walk. You appear to be like-minded, so you may enjoy my blog (crass, I know, but wotthehell) http://tcsf.blogdrive.com Also, Ken Wilbur really needs to dress down a little. And grow his hair out. Crissakes...

Mind itself is matter!Lol Most yogis miss this simple factor.............We live in a causal world that is made of energy. Energy is either condensed or expanded into various forms, shapes and formats. It can dance and represent itself as atoms, waves, sounds, human spirit, mind, or body. All r just a temporary disguise 4 or own benefits. One can c it as a dance form, a performance, a multi dynamic spark of love s is the case with the Wu Li dancing masters.

Enjoy the dance of life without differentiation if U wish to c it all! B the natural born Yogi!Lol

    Hey YDK,
What a GREAT shelf. Looks like some really good reads...Will try to squeeze in your book suggestion. Haven't been on site for along time. Raise cattle & about hay season so not doing much reading. Also have a stack of books waiting on me & just started the Jane Austen Complete Novel book, 1103 pages. The only thing I have read close to spiritual lately is the Joel Osteen books. Not really the same belief system but good positive thoughts on living. Thanks for the friend invitation.
