  • The Lady Most Likely...

Another book by these three that flows together as one story. This time Hugh, Earl of Brirley, needs an heir. So his sister holds a party with all the eligible ladies that fit her list of requirements for her brother and also all the eligible bachelors. What fun seeing who really matches up

  • The One and Only Ivan
    • Rated 5 stars

Newbery Award winner. Excellent story. Ivan is a gorilla in a small mall zoo just off the freeway. He has a friend elephant and a dog there at the zoo. The book is dialogue from the animals about the human world they have been living in for years. Excellent writing.

Wonderful story. Lucy , a glass artist, is dumped by her long time lover. Turns out he prefers her sister (with who she has had issues her whole life). The jerk tells his friend Sam to get her to date him. Little did the jerk know that they had already met and the spark was there. This is such a great story

  • The Stolen Bride
    • Rated 4 stars

Not my favorite. Dragged the first half of the book through all the introspection of Sean O'Neill's reasons for being unworthy of his love for Eleanor. Finally we get to the kidnapping of Eleanor by Sean (not really though because she forces him to take her). Second half of book filled with adventure but too little too late

  • Twelfth Night Secrets
    • Rated 5 stars

Wonderful romance with adventure too. Lady Harriet(Harry) is hosting her grandfather's Twelfth Night Gala. Since she and her late brother's spy partner will both be there, the Home Office is asking her to get proof that Julius is or is not a double spy. Such fun

  • The Cowboy and the Princess

Princess Annabella is destined for an arranged marriage. She wants to have a fling before that (ala ROMAN HOLIDAY) and sneaks out to go the the wild west in USA her favorite dream. Brady Talmadge finds her on the side of the road in the pouring rain and breaks all his own "rules" and picks her up. Such a cute story

Two great romances. Both heroes have not one romantic bone in their bodies and can not understand why their prospective brides keep turning them down. Both brides want romance first. Lots of fun

  • Corbin's Fancy
    • Rated 4 stars

Not a favorite. Jeff Corbin is an outrageous, selfish brute. Hardly my vision as the hero of this piece.

  • The Knights of Christmas

Three grumpy knights, three strong heroines and Christmas all add up to a wonderful anthology.
