Totally you and your family are now on the prayer list. I do belong to facebook and love it so i sent you a friend request. I still can't find you on swaptree but they don't let you look by name only by books that you are trading. If you give me one you have on your trade list I will find you there. I also will pray for your husband to find a job. What field is he in? Have the day off today because of MLK birthday and am really hoping that the snow storm they are predicting comes in on Thursday so I can have another long weekend. When I am at home I don't want to go back when I am there I like it but it is just getting everything done and not having enough time to read. I just want to clean my house and read. My husband tells me to quit working and do what I want but I don't know I like to $$$ too. Such a quagmire. Talk to you soon.

Hey happy new year, how have you been? I have been so busy with everything that I have only been adding books and not keeping up with the friends. You said that you had joined swaptree.com. What is your name there so we can connect and share our books. Hope that your Christmas was wonderful and everyone got everything they wanted. You I know just wanted the family around and hope that happened. Talk to you soon.

I find them at the christian bookstore or believe it or not most of them I have found at garage sales and goodwill. My husband shutters whenever I go to goodwill. I can easily come away with 50+ books. He built me a library in one of the spare rooms with the agreement that I would get all the books on these shelves but it hasn't happened yet. Thank goodness I have a guest room with three bookshelves in there. I also have found a great site called Swaptree.com. This is a place where I can trade books, DVD's and CD with others and I only have to pay the shipping. I have gotten some great deals and items. You should check it out if you have not already. The last place is our local Craigslist. People are always putting large groups of books together and selling them cheap. I also am a big movie NUT and again my husband built me a beautiful section for our DVD's but have overrun that with our over 2000+ movies. What can I say, I am looking forward to my retirement someday. HAHAHA

Sandra: Thanks for asking to be my friend. I see that you play the piano, which is a coincidence as my husband is the creator of the worlds largest web site on piano education. He runs and owns the "Piano Education Page". Look it up and see what you think. How wonderful to have a preacher in the family. I love all christian music and have a large collection. I started getting the short stories from the christian bookstore and love the different ones they have that feature a state and four books within the book. I have a whole series of these and am hooked. I also have started to enjoy the christian series from silhouette books. They are a quick read when school is in session and I just need a getaway. As you can see today I am working on the library and updating all my books since it is spring cleaning and I have to dust. Glad school is out for awhile and I only have to work occasionally. Glad to have you as a friend and keep in touch.

Hi Sandra. What up with you lately? The picture is of my two girls. The eldest is 23 and she's a nurse already. The other one (my 3rd child) is a junior university student-she's 19.

It's okey, Sandra. I just started reading PASSION FLOWER by Diana Palmer last night. But I had to cut it short because it was late and I ha dto wake up early. You know how a Mom is-preparing breakfast etc. My youngest son is going off to school early and my husband too leaves for work early and yes, me too- I work in an office. So I have to wake up earlier than the rest of them.

More about me- I'm Catholic and my husband and I are members of a catholic renewal-Couples For Christ. We've been in this community for more than 18 years already. Yes, we have something in common aside from our books- I also read the bible a lot...God is my source of strength. Okey, Sandra...I hope to hear more from you in the future. God bless!

I've been interested in Summer by the Sea and Summer at Willow Lake by written by Susan Wiggs. I saw them at Rite-Aid the other day but decided not to get them. My book pile is huge so I decided to wait. I grew up in on the shores of Lake Erie so I understand what you mean about the beach.
