No, I am very behind in pleasure reading!!! I am now halfway through Backseat Saints and LOVE IT! I chose to read it since my car rides are no longer solitary.

The flowers are a photo I took at the Chittendon Locks in Ballard, Washington. I don't know what they were.

I also listened to Between, Georgia ... I have put a hold on Backseat Saints in print. Now that the kids ride to school with me I don't get much chance to listen to audio books! If I have trouble getting into it I'll have to find a way to listen to it!

I have listened to: Gods in Alabama and The Girl Who Stopped Swimming.

I haven't had much time for reading either but my schedule has opened up a bit! So I'm trying to take advantage of that!

I'm not sure about snippets. Would that be the tiny trimmings from squaring your blocks? Or I may be thinking of something else.

You can be proud of your project! It really looks well done. You are much braver than I to tackle large projects. I work small scale - mostly wall hangings but I love the piecing involved in patchwork.
No problem about the extra posts. I've done that myself. I guess the sender can't delete them but the 'sendee' can so I deleted the 2 extra ones for you.

We are up to 235 books in common. I guess I couldn't go wrong if I asked you what you think I should read.

Saw that you have a few Preston/Child books on your shelf. Over time, I have picked up a few books in the Pendagast Series but have not gotten around to reading them yet. What do i have to look forward to? Have been looking for a new/different voice. In the past few months, I have been reading a lot of Harlan Coben, Lee Childs, Greg Iles, and assorted paranormal Romance writers.

No worries! I'm so pleased you enjoyed it! I thought it would be a perfect book for exchange in PBT. I am a little sad it got opened so late and then there wasn't a lot of interest in it. But if one person got it and loved it, than I'm pleased. I thought it was a beautiful and intriguing story!

I rarely re-read...just a handful if books in a lifetime. I read the wholes series and after so long, when the new book was coming out, I felt ambitious and thought I needed to be refreshed...but only re-read 3 of 6...and STILL have not read the newest book. I can't get into it, if you can believe that. I thoroughly enjoyed the series up until this one, though.

The only other books I can recall re-reading are To Kill a Mockingbird and Of Mice and Men.

If you are listening to Davina Porter I agree 100%! She is unbelieveably amazing and perfect for this series. I enjoyed both reading and listening to her for the 6 of 7 books I have completed. (I have even read 1-3 two times!)
